Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

  1. We provide you with the best and suitable design, catering to your personal needs and desires with minimum costs.
  2. We render our services only across India at the moment.
  3. We create spaces unique to you, hence as a principle, we NEVER REPLICATE any design done for a client.
  4. A client can view our work in the PROJECTS or our professional page (FACEBOOK). We do NOT take clients on completed sites as its an invasion of their private space.
  5. We include ONE complementary shopping trip in each project for a selection process. Any additional consultation will be a paid visit. See deliverables below.
  6. Any financial relief we receive by virtue of our business is forwarded to the client. We do not have any side beneficial alliances with any vendors or brands.
  7. In case of any breach in the terms and conditions by the client, we retain the right to withdraw out of the project and be entitled to compensation for work up to the stage of services then in progress or the number of visits clocked into the project @ Rs 7500 p.v, whichever is greater.

PAYMENTS

  1. The fee and terms given below are Non Negotiable.
  2. The fee mentioned above is excluding taxes and GST of 18% is applicable on services rendered.
  3. Clients are requested to pay 100% Advance payment (online transfer) as a pre-requisite for site visits and/or any design work. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
  4. If you choose to do a turnkey project with us after the first site visit, the visitation charges will be adjusted against the total design fee and the balance to be paid before the second onsite or tele consultation .
  5. Prices mentioned above ONLY include our designing charges. A material, labour and delivery charges are over and above and will be shared in due course once the design is frozen. Delivery charges on furniture are on actuals and need to be paid at the time.
  6. Although, most requirements will be served online during the design period, you can request for an onsite consultation with prior appointment. Charges are Rs 5000 per visit for Delhi/ NCR. For locations outside Delhi, visitation charges are same, conveyance and accommodation will be extra and to be provided by the client.

DELIVERABLES

(For Complete design & project management) We offer the following services
  1. Visit the site to take room photos, measurements and a clear client’s brief basis which we initiate design process.
  2. Present a cap of 3 concept options and develop ONE as per the clients brief.
  3. Provide Space management solutions with 2D Furniture layout.
  4. Conceptualise special wall effects including choice of material (wallpaper, paint, paper art, decals etc) and color scheme of the room via DESIGN BOARDS and swatches.
  5. Suggest floor finishes/choice of material (wooden panels, tile,vinyl, etc).
  6. Design ceiling pattern with 2d drawing indicating light fixtures.
  7. Suggest doors, windows, wardrobe panelling with interior detailing via sketches and reference images.
  8. Selection of light fixtures on shopping trip.
  9. Selection of tiles and bathroom fittings on shopping trip.
  10. Selection of soft furnishings (including fabrics for blinds/ curtain styling/ upholstery/bedding) on shopping trip.
  11. Suggest furniture designs via reference images. (Fabric would be subject to availability). 2D rendering for customized furniture order.
  12. Complete all design work in the stipulated time frame (2-3 weeks). Any order for furniture or wallcovering will require additional 15-20 days.
  13. Be responsible for the timelines and delivery of ONLY the design work and furniture provided by us and not any third party vendor.
  14. ONE shopping trip is included in each project. Additional visits or shopping trips come for Rs 5000 per visit.
  15. Offer exclusive discounts on Little Nests accessories.

WE DO NOT –

  • Do Civil Work but can suggest ideas and vendors if need be. Client will directly deal with them for cost and timelines.
  • Coordinate between vendor and client for measurements / orders/ payment / delivery/installation or any procurement related issues on shopping trips. Client can have a Direct and transparent dealing with vendor. Shopping trips are only provided to assist or consult the client in selection process of what is available in the market. We do not take any commission from vendors on shopping trips. Will be happy to work with vendors of your choice too.
  • Include fabric in any furniture costing.
  • Entertain any changes once the design is locked and approved by the client. If so, will have cost implications that need to be paid prior to any work. For any design related reworking, additional cost will be Rs 15,000 per plan.

  1. Right to take before and after photos and use them across our social media platforms.
  1. Not to extend our credit period beyond 15 days of submission of bills.
